I have just sat through a "shouting match" betwix tracy (accounts, phones, sales, general sorting out) and dave (so called boss).

Notes to self:

Don't put up with it? HOW?
Leave if it happens much more? HOW? Friend? Debts etc... unfinnished work.

Conclusion: while I can not leave I can damn well protest.

As "the boss" he MUST rise above all this or risk putting the "workers" (me) in to a state whereby work can not be done.
